Ingredients

4 cups white flour
4 cups whole wheat flour
3 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 tbsp Nutmeg
2 cups of brown sugar or brown sugar splenda
2 cups splenda
2 cups Becel margarine
2 tbsp Vanilla
2 cups butter milk maybe more to make soft dough

Directions

Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Mix together sugar/splenda, becel, vanilla and buttermilk in separate bowl. Once those two are mixed separately, slowly mix together.

Roll out or make flat with pad of hand until 1/4 thick, cut into 3 circles.

Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 8 dozen.
