Ingredients

2 cups of dried yellow corn
lb. navy beans
1 lb. Any meat desired

Directions

Soak yellow corn in warm water before adding to cooked beans. Bring beans to a boil with a pinch of baking soda. Drain. Add fresh water to the meat. Cook for 1 to 1 hours. When beans are three-quarters done, add drained corn and proceed until done
